Mitsubishi Repair: Mitsubishi fog ligt replacing, mitsibishi galant, fog lamps

This should be an easy one:
I need to replace my fog light bulb in my Mitsibishi Galant 91, but i really cant figure out how to get the damn lamp out?!

I know there were several models (6 different styles) of the Galant for '91, but I'm not sure which ones came with factory fog lamps, and how each were attached.  Some of the models had the fog lamps as part of the front bumper.  On a couple of those models, you would just pull the bulbs out from the back of the lamp (the front of the car would need to be raised up).  On other models, the entire fog lamp would need to be removed in order to change the bulb.  Each lamp was held on by two long screws.  The screws need to be removed for the lamp to removed.  Sometimes those screws would be so rusted in, they could not be unscrewed.  I've had that happen on my car, and I was forced to drill off the screw head and I then I just slid the lamps off the stuck screws. Hopefully one of those methods will work for you.
