Mitsubishi Repair: clutch assembly for GT 3000, mitsubishi 3000gt, clutch fluid

Question
I'm looking for some help on a 1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT 5 speed. (My older sons girl friends car) The clutch pedal went to the floor last night.
Is this a fluid type clutch system?
Do you know where I can look at a diagram of how the linkage or system is connected.
Got any ideas?

Answer
Tim,
The 3000GT does use a hydraulic fluid type clutch.  The problem could be do to a bad clutch cylinder, insufficient amount of clutch fluid, air in the clutch lines, or possibly just a bad clutch (broken throw-out bearing).

There are no aftermarket manuals I know of for the 3000GT.  But if you're interested on getting a relatively inexpensive service guide, you can get a CD manual from the following site:
http://www.ecanfix.com/~manualcd/

It costs about $30 and has all the information a factory service manual has.
Good luck!
