The 1.8L Eclipse does not have too many performance items available.  Most are reserved for 2.0L non-turbo, and especially the turbo models.  But there are a number sites you can check out:

The best performance mods you can do to your car would basically be to open up the intake and open up the exhaust.  More air flow means more power.  Beyond that, you would want to start considering swapping your 1.8L engine for a 2.0L turbo engine.  Or better yet, buy an old, cheap, broken turbo Eclipse and fix it up.
