THERE IS WATER IN THE EXHAUST. WE JUST REPLACED THE TURBO. IT IS NOT OVERHEATING, BUT IS USING WATER. IT IS A 1999 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE GST 2L MANUAL. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

If you're seeing anti-freeze in the exhaust after you replaced the turbo, then there may be a leak in the water channel in your turbo.  If it was a used or refurbished turbo that you installed, it may have had hair line cracks where the water line connects to the turbo then it could leak into the exhaust.  Double check the water lines that lead to the turbo to confirm the are firmly attached and the gaskets are secure.
