Gas Tank
QUESTION: Hello, I removed or at least able to see the wiring. although i cannot seem to disconnect the black hose attached to tank. i drew arrows pointing them out. you said to remove the front protectors.. what is that exactly?

ANSWER: Hello Robert,
First of all, you have to somehow support the tank and not let it hang by the hose like that.
This hose is the main high-pressure fuel supply and it's connector may break and leak.
To unplug the hose from the tank, press the two grey "ears" located at the end of the black-plastic ankle-shape connector and pull it out.
To the electrics now... follow the wires coming out from the main switch. They end at a green plug. Four wires, a red, an orange, an orange with yellow stripe and a brown. Do not unplug and all measurements must be taken from both sides of the plug.
Set the multimeter to DC Volt (DCV or V followed by a straight line and dots under the line) and to the first scale above 12V (maybe 20 or 50). Connect the black probe (-) to battery (-) and the red probe (+) to red switch wire (push with the probe tip against the wire insulation to reach the core inside). The tester should show battery voltage whatever the switch position. Next, do the same with the orange,orange/yellow and brown switch wires. All three of them should show nothing with the switch "OFF" and battery voltage with the switch "ON".

QUESTION: Is this the green plug you are inquiring about? if it is, i don't understand on how to stick the probe in, it is real tight..

ANSWER: Hello Robert,
Yes, that's the plug. You don't stick the probe to it though, but to the cables.
Most multimeter probes are needle-tipped and if you push it against a cable, it pierces the insulation and reaches the copper inside.
If your probes aren't needle-tipped, you can use common household needles.
Pierce the cable with the needle and take measurement by touching the probe on it (picture for reference).

QUESTION: hello again, I;ve had an ignitipn connection problem, although it made everything come one, now I am having to deal with it not coming on right away. I have t turn the key so many times beofre i get the full buzzer that seems to activate everything to turn on.. I made a quick vid on youtube, can you tell me what could be wrong?

Hello Robert,
First, turn the ignition "ON" and slightly move the key back-and-forth (without exiting "ON" position). If by doing so, the power comes and goes, then you need either a new switch, or, take it (the switch only) to a pro to fix it.
If the above do not apply, check the battery terminals for looseness, main fuse and power supply connector (red arrows, picture 1) for corrosion/residue/looseness, and the ground connector (red circle,picture 1) and engine terminal (red arrow,picture 2) also for corrosion/residue/looseness.
