my 98 wr250 is dumping gas out exhaust & is hard to start

Hello Chris,

You're not giving me much to work with, but I would firstly check carburettor float height/fuel level and possible overflow, and next the choke plug for leakage.
Before checking the above though, remove all breathing/overflow hoses from the carburettor body (keep only the fuel hose) and try.
