Motorcycle Repair: Honda CT90

I bought 1968 CT90 with 2413 miles. It has not run for many year.
It will not start and do not know if it was parked when it was in running order
The plug was changed and it has No spark.
Points look good.
I have been trying to start without a battery.

a 1968 CT90 should have a spark when turned over even without a battery.  Does it have compression, and does it have an ignition switch?  I would check ignition switch and/or engine kill switch to make sure they are working.  More than likely you will also need to clean the carburetor out.
