Question
I just put a new tire my Suzuki Volusia Intruder Limited 2004 then I started to repair a turn signal then lights out!!! I can bypass the soleniod in front of the battery by jumping the two connections the engine will crank but no power to the speedometer and controls also turn signals? Whatta yous recommend?

Answer
Hi Robert,

There is a main fuse on the starter relay in front of the battery.
If that is burnt out the whole electrical will be dead.

You may have to check the other fuses as well, down
low behind the engine.

Your turn signal must have shorted out and grounded something.

Also check the battery, battery connections and look for any bad
or loose wires.

The turn signal and side stand relay work to send power to the starter
relay so that relay also has to be working.

If the electrical is dead then it will likely be the 30 amp main fuse.
