QUESTION: I've replace both pet cocks, spark plugs and coils and wires, fuel filter fuel pump, all fuel lines, brand new exhaust, jet kit

Answer
Tony, The problem may still be be electrical but not in an area that may be easily detected. There is a pulse coil on the flywheel and a stator that charges the ignition system also the CDI that fires the coils at the precise moment. These are components that will need to be tested first.
