Motorcycle Repair: removing baffles, screaming eagles, screaming eagle

Question
I have a 2005 fuel injected dyna glide that has already been re mapped for screaming eagle 2 slip ons. Baffles began to rattle and they were driving me nuts so I removed them and like the way the bike sounds much better.  Any harm in this beings that it has already been re mapped for the screaming eagle 2 system. I have gotten mixed opinions in this issue

Answer
Removing your baffles makes the exhaust flow more, but flowing to much will hurt your midrange and bottom end. Also, it makes the bike run leaner. Running to lean and you can burn a exhaust valve. Even though you had it remapped, its not now. It was remapped for Screaming Eagles with baffles, not removed
Good luck and happy riding
