Having trouble finding cylinder head is there any other year that can interchange with my year. Is there any other bikes that used the same head.

Craig, well that isn't much of a Honda question... :>)

What you will have to do is to find the part number for your year model, then compare other year models to see how long they used the cylinder head design.

I use CMSNL.com for quick parts checking.

Part number is 1110012D00 from http://www.cmsnl.com/suzuki-dr650-s-1990-1991-usa_model15961/partslist/

So, from this tidbit of information, we know that 1990 and 1991 uses the same part.

Checking 1995 we find 1110012D80 as a part number, so it is either a superseded part due to design changes or a non-matching item.  1992 shows 1110012D60 or 1110012D70. I have no way of knowing what kinds of changes transpired from year to year.

I would search for Suzuki DR650 forums for a more definitive answer.
