Motorcycle Repair: Ca77 re-build, bill silver, ball bearing

Hi Bill,It seems I've (not lost, just misplaced) that little ball bearing that is inserted in the spring of the kick starter.Any suggestions.I also am looking for the seal beam for mine.I some how knocked the wire on the back of the seal beam off and it will be almost impossible to re attach.I'm going to try but I don't hold out to much hope.This DREAM is turning into a Honda Nightmare.Its been 2 years in the making.

Gregg,  Part number for the #10 steel ball is 96211-10000 (5/16") for less than $1. That is the only size that works properly in that location. Order from Honda or Google the part number and find a source near you.

I just discovered that Charlie's Place in SFO has had modern spec headlight bulbs manufactured for Dreams at about $100 each. Try to re-solder the wire back onto the back of the old bulb, first, or take it to a electrical/electronics repair shop.
