KZ1100 Wiring
Hello Mike,

Try these wiring diagrams:

It is sounding like a bad wire or connection
in or behind the fuse box.

Three of your fuses get power from the black/white
wire so all of those should have power with
the key on.

It sounds like your main fuse is okay and
the other fuse is for the signals.

Your main fuse is working, try your
signals to check the other fuse
circuit and if that works
then you have to check the black/white
wire connection on the fuse box.

This is where the other fuses get power
so check the three and make sure
there is power to all three fuses that
use this black/white wire source.
There might be a broken wire near
the fuse box or the fuse holder
might be faulty.

Since all your other lights seem to function
it indicates the ignition switch is
probably working and the power break
is near the ignition fuse itself.

Let me know if you notice any other
odd things and maybe I can help
narrow it down.

Always check power on both sides of a fuse
to make sure the power is getting through.

By the way is your horn working?
If not, check your engine stop switch
wiring. Sometimes a bike can have more
than one problem that complicates matters
when trying to troubleshoot.

Good luck!
