Motorcycle Repair: 1994 honda cbr1000f, honda cbr1000f, air cleaner

Hi Gary, the bike has been sitting for about a year with gas left in tank(bike ran fine up to now). I drained the gas and replaced with fresh.I replaced the battery, but bike will only crank over without starting. Where sure I start?----thanks Greg

Pull air cleaner lid off if you can and take some starting fluid while cranking engine over hold throttle 1/2 way open and squirt some onto the air cleaner if bike fires your not getting enough gas in it. The tank petcock valve could be plugged but most likely its the choke circuit and the slow or pilot jets are plugged. R&R the carbs and clean and adjust and try again.
