we still have a short with the ignition switch unhooked.  Any ideas?  Is there a place to download wire schematics?  Thank you!

Beka, with the ignition switch out of the circuit, the only exposed hot leads are to the rectifier and wiring headed towards the ignition switch end of the harness.
