Motorcycle Repair: 1967 CL77, carb adjustments, vjmc

Question
I recently restored my 1967 305 Scrambler. (used your restoration guide) It's running, but I would like a recommendation of a good mechanic in the Phoenix/Tempe, Arizona area to fine tune and review my work. Anyone you know?

Answer
Chris, if you follow the tune-up guide in the book, it should be running as good as it can. Depending on what exhaust setup you have, you may have to re-jet the mains. If you put KEYSTER kits in the carbs, instead of OEM parts, then you may have extra challenges with the carburetion.

ALWAYS set the ignition timing first, then do carb adjustments last.

I suggest that you join the Honda305 group at Yahoo and the VJMC.org forum list, then see who may be in your area to assist. No one comes to mind at this moment, in your area.
