Answer
Denis,

I am not sure exactly what information you
require. The contact points should be gapped at .014" inch.
The contacts should be flat and clean.
You can sand them with emery paper.

Start with the left set and set it so
the gap is .014" on the highest part
of the points cam.

Then set the right set at .014" also
on the highest part of the points cam.

Move the whole timing plate so the left points just
break open when the timing mark "F" 1/4 in the timing mark
opening aligns. You can use a test light on the points
or a timing light at idle.

Next, move the smaller adjustment plate
under the right contact points
so they just break open on the "F" mark
for cylinders 2/3.

If you can't get them set by moving the smaller
adjustment plate don't move the large points
plate, just adjust the gap slightly on the right
points to get them timed correctly.

If they can't be set so that the gaps
stay near to .014" and correctly timed then you may have
some wear on the fibre heel of the points.
The fibre heel rubs on the opening cam and can wear down.
If the points won't open properly when timed
then you may need new points.

When running if the spark between the contacts is excessive it will
burn the contacts, this means the condensor is failing.

New points are available around the internet,
try bikebandit.com or Suzuki and others.

If you need more info let me know.

Good luck,
