QUESTION: THE ENTIRE CALIPER was replaced, REBUILT MASTER CYLINDER and a master cover gasket, THE LINES REPLACED, caliper bushing kit installed. Thanks

Answer
the reasons that the brake would stick is either the puck in the caliber is sticking or the master cylinder is not returning when you let off the lever. Since you have replaced the caliber I would not suspect it. I would say that the master cylinder is sticking and the pressure is not being relived when you let go of the lever. have hem recheck the rebuild on the master cylinder.
