motorcycle sometime wont go in first gear or neutral

Joe, when bikes don't want to shift cleanly in/out of neutral, usually it is due to clutch drag loading the transmission gears.

Make sure you have about 1/8-1/4" slack at the lever and not more. If that is adjusted correctly, the next probable cause would be warped clutch steel plates.

If those are not the issues, then you have a shift selector or transmission gear dog issue, requiring more serious investigation.
