Motorcycle Repair: PushRod, pushrod, push rod

I have 1995 sporster 1200 Xl  I am replacing the lifters to CraneCams 3-2100. I have adjustable push rod's I wonder how  to adjust them???   How many turn's?????

Rotate the motor so the front exhaust is all the way at the bottom of its stroke. tighten the pushrod up so it start the lift the valve. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Check the pushrod. If you can rotate it easily then tighten it up again and then wait the 15 minutes. Keep doing this until it does not get loose. then loosed it until you can rotate the pushrod between your fingers and then 1 1/2 more turns. Do this for each one.
