QUESTION: after reading my question,IM Confused, welp camly here it is
A ur right 2clicks to run, b4 i thought 1 at day 2nd at night when front light is needed
B. im sorry when i provide power to those area spots they work such as , when i provide power inside headlight connection , horn will work and directional light not blink < but only when i apply direct power to wire feeds WITHOUT doing that no horn no directionals/ i was trying a process of elimation to see if switches on handle bars were okay // when i check power on breakers underseat they all seamed to have power//
i mention igintion switch - possibly causing problem

ANSWER: If you unplug the connection inside the headlight do you have power at it coming from the breaker? When you plug it back in do you still have power there? If you have power there do you have power at the horn and turn signals buttons? When you press the button do you have power going to the turn signals and horn at the switch?

QUESTION: no power coming from breaker power source at headlight plug, to horn or blinkers

Answer
If you dont have any power coming from the breaker to the front, then you need to check your ignition switch. That is where the power comes from to go to the breaker. Make sure you dont have power on the hot side of the breaker. If you do then you have a bad breaker
Good luck and happy riding
