Motorcycle Repair: 2004 Heritage Softail - Leaking gas into oil, harley shop, 2 quarts

Question
QUESTION: We were riding down the road and with no warning the bike
popped and died.  When we pulled over we noticed some fuel
on the base of the engine in between the V. Got it home and
noticed that some wires had gotten chewed from being in the
garage and had them fixed and re-wired.  Had Harley shop
hook it to computer and they said it was firing every 7th
time but only threw a MAP code once.  We took it home and
replaced the throttle sensor and it seemed it would be ok.
Changed the oil because it got fuel in it and filled the gas
tank the next day.  Went to take for a ride and got 100
yards down the road and the bike started spitting and
sprayed oil out of the tail pipe.  Rode it back to the house
and tried to start again and would only run with the
throttle pulled and then started spitting gas out the tail
pipe. Changed the MAP sensor and still no help. This has
gotten so many people stumped and cant get it in the Harley
Shop for over a month.  Any ideas??  Thanks

ANSWER: I would have to know what codes it is showing. Is the check engine light on and can you pull the codes?

QUESTION: It was just showing a MAP sensor code and that was it.  The
check engine light never came on.

Answer
I had one with about the same problem 2 weeks ago. After testing everything I found that the ECM was bad and I had to replace it. It was  pumping alot gas into the cylinder and not firing. It got about 2 quarts of gas in the oil and gas coming out the exhasut pipe.
Have the dealership run the test for not firing with their breakout box and they should find the ECM is bad
Good luck and happy riding
