Motorcycle Repair: gas leak, kawasaki ninja, full tank

i have a 1995 kawasaki ninja and i notcied that gas was leaking out of the over fill hose on the gas tank and i don't have a full tank what would cause this

Does your bike have an aircraft style gas cap? If it does check the rubber ring around the bottom of the cap. Usually the recessed portion around the cap on the top of the tank is where that hose is connected to. If that rubber is cracked or gone you would have fuel leaking out the tank. I hope that helps.
