Motorcycle Repair: high preformance jetting, air fuel mixture, compression pistons

Question
I'm upgrading to a 95 inch twin cam B motor I'm putting screaming eagle performance heads with 10.5-1 SE high compression pistons but I'm using my stock cams and carb for now i also have a SE high flow air cleaner and SE double barrel 16 gage exhaust(I'm paying for a wedding) i wont be able to put cams and a new carb on until Sept. my question is what jetting do you suggest for a starting point so i can ride for part of the summer. i don't want to run out of money for the wedding or i would put in new cams and a new carb  my bike is a 2004 fatboy

Answer
Your starting point would be the jets you have in there now. Start by starting the bike and letting it warm up and then set the air/fuel mixture screw. Go for a ride, but dont go over 2500 RPM. If the bike spits out the carb or bogs the intermediate jet is to big. If it spits out the exhaust its to small. Keep doing this until you have the correct jet. Everytime you change jets you have to reset the air/fuel mixture screw. Once you have the intermediate jet done go for a ride and ride over 2500 RPM. Do the same as above for the main jet
Good luck and happy riding
