Hi bill . I own a honda magna vf750c ` 82 rc09 and I try to change the O ring from the final driven gear .The biggest problem is that even if we disassembled it we cannot take apart the drive shaft from the pinion shaft. Thanks , Bill .

I haven't ever had to try to work on the final drives. The photos seem to indicate that the drive shaft may be held into the final drive with a set ring that snaps into a groove in the final drive cup.

That's all I can guess about at this time.
