QUESTION: its oily i than its the exhaust valve seal

ANSWER: In 1982 they didnt use valve seals. There are two places you can get oil from into the cylinder. One is the oil is blowing by the rings and the other is the valve guides are worn and letting oil in that way.

QUESTION: i can see where the oil is running  down the exhaust valve the shop said the the gide looked ok and how heard is it to change the gide

Answer
To change the guide you have to press the old one out and press the new one in. Then its has to be lapped to the valve. Once that is done the valve seat has to be ground.
When the shop said it looked ok, you cant tell be look. You have to mic the valve and inside the guide
