Motorcycle Repair: primary leak, rubber plug, stator

Just had my 30k service. Is it possible by overfilling primary fluid, it can cause a leak where the voltage regulator wire goes into case towards stator? How big of a job to fix, outside of using silicone around hole? Thanks

What the problem is on your leak is the rubber plug for the voltage regulator, over time, gets hard and cracks for the heat. The only repair for this is to replace the stator. Trying silicone around the hole will not work.
