Motorcycle Repair: starter, check fuse, starter relay

my bike is 07 Diana street bob light come one but starter makes no noise the battery was dead from setting about two month charge it up and had it down to get it checked and load test. but still wont start or even click over starter make no noise.check fuse all seamed good but don't know how to check starter relay

Answer
First, with a test light, check to see if you have power going to the ignition switch. Next, check to see if you have power going to the starter relay. After that, with the starter button pressed, check to see if you have power going to the starter from the relay.
