QUESTION: well when i start it or try.it seems like when the motor is making the most compression it doesnt hav the balls to turn the motor over and the starter starts clicking.it just clicks

Answer
First, make sure you have a good ground from the battery, at both ends. Then start the bike and make sure your timing is not to far advanced. If you retard it a little it will start easier. If you are still haveing trouble then your either going to have to install a high torque starter or compression releases
Good luck and happy riding
