Motorcycle Repair: 2003 Yamaha Raptor Carberator, overflow tube, screw out

I just cleaned the two carburetors and in runs great but, one of the carbs leaks gas out of the overflow tube until the tank is empty. I took the drain screw out when I had the carb apart cleaned it and put it back. I also tighten it all the way down. It seemed to stop for a little while and then gas all over garage floor. I know you don't specialize in this but, there is no one in the expert list that does. Help! Thanks

Perhaps you overtightened it, it is a needle seat screw typically.  Could also be a stuck float causing the problem.you need ot establish if it is leaking out of the drain screw or out of the overflow...  Float bowl needs to come off either way.
