Was told that if you flood this bike, gasoline will pour out the two hoses under the bike is this true

Answer
Normally you can't just flood a bike, the float in the carb would have to be stuck or the bike would need to be really leaned over.  Then the gas would flow out of the carb overflow, which is typically routed to hoses and these may come out underneath the engine.
