Motorcycle Repair: S & S CARB ADJUST, air fuel mixture, fuel air mixture

How do I adjust the fuel/air mixture? Thanks.

Answer
Start the bike and let it warm up to temp. Slowly turn the air/fuel mixture screw inward, just until the bike starts to stumble and then outward 1/4 turn. Remember, the air/fuel mixture screw only affects the bike when at idle.
