Used Cars: negotiating used car, volvo dealer, red flags

Question
I am considering 2008 pilot vs mdx at a volvo dealer.  Their website has an internet price, and also states price is fixed and non negotiable.  Does that really mean it is non-negotiable?  If price is non-negotiable, what else can I ask for?  The price seems to be closer to retail price, but still between the retail/trade-in prices on KBB website.  Is there any other website I should check to get better idea on what it is actually worth?  Finally, how much lower than the price that I want to pay should I start the negotiation, if they did negotiate?
Thanks.

Answer
Hi Jay,

When we really think about it " non - negotiable " would make it a smoother process buying a vehicle, I did work with one such superstore being very successful staying firm with the price,,, but did budge on handling /admin fees.

If you would like to provide a link where I could view your choice of vehicle, I will be happy to check for red flags and provide an answer as to fair value.
