Motorcycle Repair: rear brake sticking, internal spring, master cylinder

Hi: I own a '92 softail FXSTC; the rear master cylinder is located on top of the fwd. control and stays down every time that I press it; could you please tell me how can I adjust the lever return or if there is an internal spring or something. THANKS

there is a spring inside the master cylinder that is used to return the master cylinder. Also, your master cylinder might be bleeding through and holding the lever down. I would replace the master cylinder, since it is probably going to fail in the future anyway.
