Motorcycle Repair: KE125, kawasaki 1976, jets air

Question
I'm restoring a 1976 KE125. I know it's not a Honda but I have a pretty generic question. I've got compression, spark and fuel but the bike isn't firing. I think its spark is off could that cause it not to fire and how would I fix that. Also what could be reasons it's not firing.

The spark could be "off" because it has points and condenser ignition. The point contact faces must be clean and gapped properly. On a Honda the gap is around .014" and/or the points must open at the F mark on the flywheel if it has a mark like that. You can remove the cover and reach through the slotted holes in the flywheel to service the points. In a perfect world, using the required flywheel tool, you could remove the flywheel and clean the inside of the magnet, plus put some points lube on the point cam portion of the flywheel.

If you clean everything off inside the magneto and notice deeply pitted contact point faces, then the condenser may have failed, which will give you an erratic, random spark at the plug.

You need spark at the right time, fuel through the idle and main jets, air from the filter and through the carburetor air bleed ports and compression.... then it will run again.
