Motorcycle Repair: Stereo fuse/ brake light problem, stereo fuse, test light

Question
I have an 96 ultra classic Electra glide, just bought it, battery died, I replaced it, noticed that fuse for holding preset radio stations was blown, replaced it, then turned bike on, but when I turned bike off anntena light and radio and taillight remained on? So I pulled out two CB fuses, which somehow fixed all that but, now when I start the bike taillight comes on but when I push brake it does not get brighter to show braking? Is this something as simple as light bulb? Or did I mess something up? Thank you.

Answer
Check the bulb and check the socket with a test light. If you dont have power to the brake light, then you are going to have to follow the power to the power source. The fuses for the CB should have nothing to do with the lights. Somebody might have done some ad wiring
