Motorcycle Repair: low beam blowing fuse, low beam, high beam

We have a 1997 Road King. Just noticed the problem yesterday. When you switch from high to low beam it blows the fuse. Checked the bulbs and wiring. There does appear to be any exposed wiring. Could it be the switch in the left handlebar housing causing the problem. Works fine as long as the headlight is on high beam

When you blow a fuse, like you have, you have a grounded wire somewhere. What you are going to have to do is trace the wires from the ignition to the fuse to the low beam to locate it. the switch could be bad so I would test it as well
