Motorcycle Repair: 1988 honda shadow cooling system, honda shadow 1100, overflow tube

Question
1988 Honda shadow 1100 keeps dumping the antifreeze out the reservoir tank when I stop.  The bike has 8,000 miles on it, runs great.  I just keep having to refill the overflow tank as I will loose the antifreeze when riding on a long trip, ie 100 miles.
I replaced the thermostat as it was only opening when boiled at 190 to 200 degrees.  Plugs look good, no signs of overheating, no white smoke out exhaust and no water or oil in the wrong areas.  No leaks.  Antifreeze is Honda premix and 1 year old, the radiator fan works, radiator is clean and heat is uniform across the fins.
When I ride, usually when I stop it dumps antifreeze on ground from the overflow tube.
Only other problem I have ever had with bike is the starter was baked, I think due to low battery trying to crank it over, I tested amps at battery and at idle sits at 14 to 15 and when reved up it drops to 13 to 14.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you, Tony

Answer
Sorry for the delayed response, I've been out in the yard burying a drain pipe.  Tony, it sounds like the pressure cap isn't maintaining the pressure on the system and the coolant is boiling in the engine. When boiling occurs, it rapidly expands and pumps coolant out of the engine and overflow bottle.  You should be able to hear it bubble in the engine when you stop.  The voltage on the battery sounds about right.
