Do you by chance know where the fuse-box on a 83' Suzuki GS 750E is located?

No. Most bikes locate the fuseboxes behind the sidecovers or in the area under the seat, so if you don't find it there you should consider buying and owners manual and/or a service manual for your bike. In the mean time, you should try phoning your local Suzuki dealer with that question.
