QUESTION: Yes,this is how it goes, if I open the clutch far enough  the bike will roll, but as soonest I give it some throttle and let go the clutch, the bike will act like if its running out of gas or that something is restricting power, and then it will turn off. I check the sparkplug cables to see if loose, not that; Check the carburetor needle to see it was spraying gas, no problem there. The bike was running good before I change the ignition switch. The reason I change the ignition switch was because if the key moved just a bit, it will cut power to the bike. This was the only problem before.

ANSWER: Will the bike idle and rev up sitting still without problem? If you slowly let the clutch out and keep the RPMs up high will is still stall?

QUESTION: Yes, if rev up while still, no problem, bike will stay on. Yes, it will stall instantly if RPMs are keep high while letting the clutch out slowly.

Answer
I cant think of a reason for the new ignition switch causing thing, unless there is a short in the wiring. I would put the old switch back in and see if the bike still does it. If it does, then you know there is a problem other than the switch. If it doesnt, then you might have a bad switch.
Good luck and happy riding
