QUESTION: yes you did  but bike is running worse now. If I give it gas while running the road is spits and sputters real bad, like it is missing.
What I am wondering is could sometime have happen to the electronic ignition during overhaul that is causing the problem. Sorry to bother you but after the $$ I spent I am very frustrated.

ANSWER: What did you find from the checks I asked you to do?

QUESTION: according  to the guy who did the overhaul, both test are good.

Answer
If the bike rean without spitting before the top end job then it is either a leaking intake or exhaust, a intake valve leaking or a exhsust valve leaking. If you have solid pushrods then it could be a pushrod to tight as well. If wont be the electronic ignition. They either work or dont work
Good luck and happy riding
