getting bike out of storage. has spark, has compression getting gas,plug is wet. will not fire. sprayed starting fluid in carb while being pulled nothing. did same in plug hole then kick start nothing. I have cleaned carb twice, new plug, new plug boot. rockers on valves seem to have play.New regular gas not high octane. help please

Steve, for any engine to run it need the three things you mentioned but you have to have them in the correct amount.  First, make sure the battery is charged.  Check compression..it needs to be at 140 psi or higher.  Check the timing to make sure it's firing at the F mark on the flywheel.  Also you could be getting too much fuel or too little.  If the plug is black it could be fouled and you need a new one. It it starts with a new plug, the carb is running too rich and it's fouling the plug so you'll need to clean and adjust the carbs.
