99 suzuki savage,is there any other adjustment on the carb except for idle? used to start fairly easy cold or hot, now I have to push start it everytime, has good battery and stating tork, maybe decompression solinoid cable adjustment on cam, or carb

Most late model bikes come preset from the factory to meet emissions regs and offer very little in the way of owner adjustments. The mixture screw on carbs, for example, are usually capped off to prevent tampering with and require careful drilling to expose the screwhead.

It's most likely your bike simply needs a tuneup, sometimes new spark plugs and an air filter can make a lot of difference. If you are a DIY type, you should look into getting a factory service manual as well as one from Haynes or Clymer, they will contain all the procedures to maintain your bike.
