Motorcycle Repair: No Idle on 1983 Gild Wing, air screws, o rings

I have a 1983 Interstate.  32k miles original.   I had the carbs services and cleaned.  Installed new air cutout valve parts and new accelerator pump, new O rings and balanced with gauges.  Bike runs at speed fine but will not idle. Mechanic out of options.

idle circuit is different form main circuit in carburettors.  Did whoever clean the carbs give you a guarantee?  I think you will have to have them cleaned again, but this time make sure they get to the tricky idle circuit too... including the pilot air screws.   Good luck,  Jan
