How do you set camshaft timing on a 1993 honda cbr 1000 hurricane

Answer
Typically with all engines, the motor is set with the #1 piston at top-dead-centre (usually marked on the flywheel) and then correspondingly the valves for #1 cylinder are closed.  Usually there are marks on the driven sprocket and also on the cams, but each model has different marks to align.  To do this right you really need a manual.
