Motorcycle Repair: s&s carb, brass screw, mixter

i have a 78 flh shovelhead with s&s carb that fuel mixter is rich how do you adjust pri. pump & air mixter

Standing in front of the carb on the far left is the idle adjusting screw in the center is a large headed brass screw this is your low speed fuel mixing adjuster and on the far right is your accelerator pump adjusting screw. All are turn out for more and in for less.
