Motorcycle Repair: 1975 Honda CL 360 headlamp, volt ohm meter, beam indicator

Hi Rich- recently bought a '75 scrambler, got her running, but the lowbeam, highbeam and high beam indicator aren't lighting.  Are they in direct circuit?  The fuses are fine, could this be a wiring issue or should I just replace the headlamp, and cross my fingers?

Answer
All of the power to the light goes through the left hand handle bar switch.  There's a black wire wire going into the switch and a white wire and blue wire coming out.  The blue is high beam and white low beam.  You can test these easlily enough with a volt ohm meter.
