Motorcycle Repair: 1971 harley rapido 125, woodruff key, magneto

hay i got a old rapido125 and i just got it running about a year ago after 20 years of sitting. every so often the woodruff key breaks on the magneto. it also dies when i put the lights on, does it need a battery or just good wiring ,and do U have a wire diagram for it. thanks for your time and info.

You probably need to rewire the bike to solve the problem. On the key breaking, make sure you are using the right one and check the mag to make sure it turns freely.
I do have a wiring diagram, but I have no way to scan it or send it on here
