Motorcycle Repair: BAFFLE PLATE DRILLING, exaust, horsepower

MIKE, IF I WERE TO DRILL OUT BAFFLE PLATE ON MY 2006 HARLEY SPORTY EXAUST WOULD I HAVE TO RE-JET CARB I AM LOOKING FOR MORE SOUND BUT I LIKE TO KEEP THE BIKE LOOKING ORIGINAL THATS WHY I DONT WANT TO BUY NEW SLIP-ONS THANK YOU MUCH

Depends on how large of a hole your going to drill. If the pipes start to blue than gotta rejet. I wouldn't think a simple drill job could lean you out so much that it would burn valve and decrease horsepower or make the engine run hotter. But keep those things in mind when riding right after you do the drilling just incase.
