Can you tell me what the torque specs are on the head bolts of a 1966 Honda CT90?

Bob, you have 8mm bolts/nuts on those studs.

I would clean the threads on both the studs and the nuts, lightly oil the threads and put about 15 ft lbs on them.

If you pay attention, you can feel when bolt thread are getting tight and when they are getting overstressed. I seldom use a torque wrench for small motors like this, but I have been working on Hondas for 40 years....
